Astrology found me during a particularly poignant part of my life, after the birth of my first son 13 years ago. While I was already deeply committed to a path of conscious exploration and shadow wandering, I was not yet aware of the illuminating qualities the art of astrology might bring. During a yoga teacher training in 2012, I was introduced to who would be my first astrology teacher, Debra Silverman. What I was gifted that fateful day was a glimpse into a physical prototype of my soult: A living breathing imprint of archetypes, the art form of the Goddess Herself, and the blueprint of the conversation with consciousness I had dedicated my life's work to. This was the map my heart was yearning for along the twisting vines of my Heroine's Journey.

While I hold a deep reverence for the Great Mystery, I am practical enough to understand there is work to be done in the here and now. What we can do for ourselves on this plane is to reach for a greater awareness of our own inner workings. A more extraordinary sense of consciousness is present for us in our every decision, our every movement, our every breath. Each day, each challenge, each joyful or sorrowful moment brings with it an opportunity for our soul to become more subjectively aware of itself: The path to growth is through this experiential portal. Astrology is a tool of enlightenment to accompany us on our own path of self awareness. ​
